Constantly locks up for seconds

This app likes to freeze for 3-6 seconds pretty regularly when I stream through steam . It only happens in the menus for it.
Anyone know how to fix this ?

i thought it was my P.C slowing down or a hard-rive issue, glad to see i'm not the only one experiencing this.
for me its like a good 10 to 30 seconds on start up everytime, the app will freeze and the steam logo will pop up and then it will unfreeze but still take the app another 5 seconds to load the videos.

the app used to load flawlessly several months ago so i assumed it was my hardware, but now i not sure.

Also, having the same issue with quest 3 over virtual desktop PCVR. Locks up for 2 - 3 seconds repetitively. If I open the steam menu, everything is fine.

Hi, we didn't recreate the freezing issue. Please try using SKYBOX Steam version only(not using Virtual Desktop) and see if helps.

If the problem still remains, you can reach out to [e-mail]. It would help us locate the problem if you share with us the logs.

To send logs, you just need to:
1. Click SKYBOX's "Global Settings", change the "Logging Levels" to "Info".
2. Reproduce the issue you mentioned, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings.
3. Send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box). Thank you!
