Goddess Seres Weapon Coupon

i have 10 Goddess Seres Weapon Coupon on my Fencer, it says that i need to go visit Toma to redeem a weapon, but she's not exchanging these coupons. Is there another NPC where i exchange these coupons?

The Goddess Seres armor series was discontinued and replaced after they introduced the Level Up armor series. As such, most players don't have access to Goddess Seres sets any more.

Recently, they added a functionality to (almost) all event inventory exchange coupons that allows you to simply click the coupon to open a separate window for trade, rather than trying to find Toma's new hiding spot after each new content patch.

Unless papaya devs added the click to exchange function to the coupon, you are carrying an item with no use. If you absolutely cannot live without that set, your best bet would be to find the latale official discord and bring it to someone who has connections to the dev-teams' attention.

The character is not unplayable by any means, but if you want the absolutely broken armor to start with and do not have Level Up coupons OR hold any attachment to the character you could just make a new Fencer.
