I still have the problem of being stuck on the title screen like everyone else.
EDIT: I've done a little bit more work into this to see what all is going on. I downloaded the client off of Papayaplay's actual website (the one that is not connected to steam) and tried to run it. It works, and it connects. Looks like its a server problem.
EDIT2: So I already got a working install, right? The only real difference is that I have to go and make an account on Papayaplay, and then use the login page on the client. So, if you really want to give the game a shot, go to Papayaplay's site, download the game, and perform an install. If you want to launch it from steam, you can just copy and paste all the install files from the downloader onto the steam's latale install (might want to delete all of steam's latale files first).
You'll still have to log in with the Papayaplay account, and any dlc content released on steam for Latale WILL NOT APPLY since its not the steam account. If there are any, it'll just be the ingame premium cash and maybe a costume set or something. You can easily get that from the Papayaplay site if you're really itching to spend money. This might be a temporary problem, so if you want to use your Steam Account just for ease of access, I just suggest waiting.
