Fullscreen too large

When i first launched the game it opened in windowed mode and when i changed to fullscreen it became too large to fit on my screen so i cant now click on the "windowed" because i cant reach it. Is there a way to manually change settings not through the game itself?

Okay nevermind i changed my screen resolution to lower and button became accessible.

I also have this issue. Thank you for the help. Google says to use f11 or to type "-windowed" into the properties "advanced" box, but neither of these worked. I'm leaving this here just in case anyone else encounters the problem and needs help. I'll try lowering my screen resolution. Again, thank you!

It worked! I had to lower it to the low 2000's to 1900's.
