How work seat?

If I have an empty seat and my friend also has one, then if he comes into my company, will we have two more empty seat for the rest? Or is it considered only by the creator?

Seats are shared through out the campaigns the seat owner is joining. So yes, your seats will both be available to guests as long as you are both in the campaign you wanna play in or have your seats assigned to it. :)

You can even use one another's seats when one of you is offline if you keep them assigned to the campaign.
