STL Minis to link to game

I have a bunch of STL files that I 3d printed for a regular game of dnd. I have been trying to find out how to import them into the game so I can use those minis. Most of the guides are for heroforge. I dont need heroforge because I already have all the files I want. Any help would be nice.

One thing already though: You can't import the STL files directly since they are not optimized for digital use. The files need to be in an Unity compatible format. How to do that is in the guides and the knowledge of the Talespire community modders. :)
