This really trigger me for some reason :D
Edit: Also worth noting is that the damage value on the weapon itself does not increase, but in the stats list on the right.
As far as balance goes, these things are always tricky. I wish it started with a higher damage, but since its damage scales (even if slowly) it will eventually be strong. I probably won't use it now though, because on NG+ it seems like it will take forever to make it worth using.
I also wish it had the sweet poison blade beam attack that Tara uses.

edit: it seems to be a 0.01 increase per kill
Ah ok cool
After using the hand of shadow and hand of glory to steal items until I had stolen 20 items, 7 of those were Lagh Blades. Not complaining since they sell for a lot though.
