Buffe (Home seller) never showed up in NG+

I believe he's supposed to show up either after clearing the Flooded Area or clearing the Flooded Area, Mine and Lake. Either way, I'm well past those areas (about to be Nightmare), and he's not there and has never been there. I have 25 decorations on me and I'd really like to use them. He was there in first game, but not NG+. I've done everything properly and haven't failed any quests. Anyone else have this issue?

Aaaah this explains why he hasn't shown up for me too. I thought he'd turned up by now in NG.

same here, i'm even in my second NG+ (just in case it was a bug) but cleared flooded area and still didn´t show

I guess that Buffer won't show up If you cleared Mukddars's quest in the first world , maybe.

No, I did Mukddars's quest in NG and Buffe showed up after I cleared the Flooded Area. AFAIK it's just an NG+ issue.

I've missed the Weird Puppet, it was the only furniture I forgot to collect and an easy one rofl, this makes me sad reading that Buffe is bugged on NG+ I'll have to load an old save file and manage to get all the furniture again according to Buffet being bugged on NG+.

Happened to me too after clearing the Flooded Area and the Mine. He should have already been spawned already in NG+ and still he didn't spawn. I may just wait for the next patch to plug the NG+ bug since I have a couple of decorations in the inventory.

@ColdVoid when do you get the Weird Puppet? after the Mine Boss? doesnt Noax vanish if you save all miners?

If you do the Draft in a Bottle quest, and then get the reward from Noax, you should be able to kill the Erupting Flesh Cluster and then get the reward. At least, that's what happened to me both times I did it that way.

I got the Weird Puppet this way:
-Threw the bottle on the Flooded Area(right part of the map)

Got the reward from Noax, after that she mentioned she was going to depart, so I went to the Mine, killed the Erupting Flesh whatever boss and returned to Noax, after that she gave me the puppet.
