Reaching for Petals: VR Edition

Ground is bubbling like boiling water.
The tessellation for the environment is just horrible. When I walk around everything that's part of the ground mesh changes shape and adding new polygonal detail seemingly randomly until it finally settles on the correct form 5 feet infront of me. Am I doing something wrong?

I have the same thing with the VR settings all the way up. I think they are working on improving it.
Glad it wasn't just me lol.
