Their current focus is working on welcome to the game online according to their Twitter page. RWS is still being work on date of release is unknown.

So I was interested in that game too at one point and looked in on it. So the answer is it coming is doubtful he never got enough money from Kickstarter and from what I read people who did pledge could get their money back supposedly.
