Noir wont go away "glitch"?

I look away from the noir for like 10-30 seconds like the walkthroughs tell me to but they wont go away, there always in different positions too whenever i look back. is this some glitch or am i missing some game mechanic i dont understand.

1. Your game seems to be running extremely slow so counting to 10 or so is slowed down.
2. It is a very weird situation where even when noir moves they switch to other locations possible so yes I would say this is a very rare bug in the game and very interesting.

the frame rate problem is just my obs and i feel i cant get other hacks than zonewall as well like it will be like 12 am and i wont get any money cuz they wont use any other hack on me,even when i fail it it will give me another hack but it wont give me any money even though i have 2 backdoors(unless they get used up by zonewall, which is dumb) but yah my game is pretty glitched it would be nice to know whats happening or if theres some fix

The hack is working as intended. Zonewall is always first and you must beat the second hack to earn money from backdoors, the noir glitching is something I am not so sure about

yah i know but i wont get anything else but zonewall for like 3-4 hacks

Zonewall is not an actual hack... it is just the first stage of being hacked whether you pass it (not getting any DOS coin for that) or fail zonewall purposely as you should and get DOS coin.
