Remote VPN

Just recently started playing this game, and I've already encountered an issue. Wherever I go in the apartment complex, I can't seem to find any yellow or green spots for my VPN, everywhere is just a red spot. Is this a bug or am I just missing something?

Bump, im also having the same issue, i checked EVERY spot in the game. I know where to check too as I've watched a lot of streamers play most of the game already. It's frustrating to say the least, can't even get the game started.

Where to check too? What? Places are random, sometimes I get like 2 green spots right outside my apartment and on the stairs of 8th floor, and sometimes I have to check the entire building to find out that one of the point is on the 10th floor and the other is on 1st floor.

I had an issue when I couldn't find a green point, eventually I do find it, but because I wasted so much time looking for one it's better to just restart and hope that you will get the better spots later.
