wmr doesnt work at all (hp vr1000)

I have a ryzen 5 2600, gtx 1070 ti, 16 g of RAM and my headset is an hp vr1000-100nn

and since like 9 months i have a problem even tho when i bought it and for a good time it was working well. i havent searched a fix a lot in this interval because i was busy and not using it because i was thinking "thats fine when i will be using it next time it will have a fix" but no lol

so my pc register the headset, on device manager it is every where it needs to be (wmr device, monitor, usb) and when i plug it in it suggest me to install the app but when i open wmr app or steam vr it says error 7-14 or headset not detected.

i tried unplugging, changing usb port, uninstalling the app, trying it on another admin user, making my refreshrate to 60hz and not 144hz but it still wont work idk if anyone has had this problem as well and if he has a fix for this.

I read on some other sites that it was principaly on amd chipset that it was happening i dont know what to do anymore.

Have you tried all of your different USB ports? If it's actually an issue with the USB on the chipset, you may have to find one that works on a secondary controller.

If it is a USB issue, you could try a PCI USB3 card, available for about £20, might be worth a go.

so yeah i tried all of my usb ports and it doesnt work i will inform you if i buy one of those and if it work
