Also if you have original Odyssey driver, that one should go too.
If all fails after these steps, uninstall WMR completely, reboot comp, connect HMD and go through setup process.
The only way to pair the controllers is through the Samsung setup app for the headset. If they're not showing up there, you have to re-bind them by holding the button inside the battery compartment, but you need to be on the controller setup screen of the setup app.
I've got my controllers working but using my Z390's integrated bluetooth. I've had to pair the motion controllers with my PC and if I turn off the PC's BT I lose the controllers. If the O+ has bluetooth integrated into the HMD it's not working on mine. More to the point why isn't the Odyssey+ software installing when Windows Mixed Reality installs? How can I configure the controllers if there's no software to do it? I've tried using W10 1809 and now 1903. Still no joy.
So once WMR portal has finished downloading and starts to run you through the setup it installs a small app called "Samsung HMD Odyssey+ Setup" if its installed you'll find it in your app list in start. You can run that to go through pairing. You'll probably need to unpair them from the boards bluetooth and then disable it.
Open the Windows Store interface, and check your library. Should see "Samsung HMD Odyssey+ Setup" there.
