What are the run speeds of the playable dinos?

What are the run speeds of the playable creatures in game atm? I would like to play the fastest terrestrial dino and invest in the mobility tree but can't tell what the fastest dino is. The velo feels really fast but that may be due to it's small size and fast animation. In the paras description it says that they are better off running from other dinos then fighting but it doesn't feel that fast and I don't wanna invest in a mobiltity focused para if I'm still going to be outrun by other carnivores.

A parasaur with mobility tree will outrun all carnivores. At least, the bigger ones. So long as you don't overeat. I'm not sure if it can outrun a velociraptor but still. They are your fastest herbivore at the moment.

As for fastest creature, I'm not really sure. It might be the velociraptor if you don't count the ptera being able to cover more ground due to the fact it can fly.

Velo isnt actually that fast, it just feels fast because you are closer to the ground. Its an optical illusion. To put it in perspective, with no talents on either animal Acro easily outruns the velo in a straight line race. The only reason velo does not get caught is because its the most agile animal in the game and easily out maneuvers everything. Megalo is the fastest carnivore. Rex is as fast as megalo but with a sprint lasting only a few seconds (15 stamina pts) it cant really win a race.

You want the speedy boy you go megalo.

Which is faster, para or megalo?

I believe megalo is faster if its a speed build vs a speed build para unless para is nested with speed inherits. You'll be able to out run a Megalo stam-wise and defeat it if it catches up to you though.
