Are you talking about the burrows where you actively need to press a button to go into the entrance? Those are made by Oryctodromeus players.

I do know there's a set of burrows in the desert really close to the blue survival shrine up against the rock pillar. Those burrows (3) are on a slight hill as if you were trying to go up the wall mountain and there's another set (4 I think?) somewhere near the big river next to the badlands as well on a steep incline

It's okay lol i only found them a few days ago when some snakes i was grouped with showed them to me. I was honestly astonished because i've been to both those areas numerous times and never noticed the burrows either

i went back there on my 2.5 snake and wandered around till i fell asleep. when i woke up i was looking at the dino select screen and my snake is dead :(
maybe i was too fat to fit in the holes anyway

That does suck but i had a 2.4 snake fit into the burrows so it should be fine! i hope you can find the burrows D:

For the record, these holes have existed long before the snake released. There is even one hidden within the desert cave that has a human skeleton in it. I like to call him Joe.
