Of the three, I like Beasts and Path about the same, and I'd rank them way above The Isle in its current state. The Isle is definitely the prettiest, but the gameplay is quite shallow. Beasts of Bermuda is a bit lacking on the graphics and sound side of things, but has by far the best gameplay. Path of Titans is kind of in the middle.
If I had to compare them to steaks, The Isle is like a mediocre steak slathered with sauce, Beasts of Bermuda is a perfectly cooked steak served without sauce, and Path of Titans is a decent steak with a reasonable amount of sauce.
Constantly been sayin that ♥♥♥♥ the whole time
If they only would put in a growth limit and reduce the amount of inherits the game would actually be top tier
Theyr just to chicken to do that step
Unlike some of the devs other game Animalia.
Isle has a kinda mean dev tho
Isle is good. Bob cool. PoT can cry in a hole for me.
the Isle Evrima: if you like learning to fight with dinosaurs and enjoy combat. All dinos in that game have a learning curve on how to fight well with good anims and hitboxes. They also have diets that affect their growth times. The updates are slow though and atm the current atmosphere is mostly pvp due to such. Evrima is a beta branch and what is being updated, be aware you must join the beta, steam won't default to it.
Beasts of Bermuda: Infinite growth and a reliance on talent trees to affect dino stats. Most folks get nested in to get better talents on trees and most servers are either clan oriented or chill servers (no killing but have events to fight ect.) due to how the system handles balance. You could spend all day growing a dino and get killed cuz someone else had an older dino with better stats. Your best bet is to hunt up a server with rules and options that you enjoy.
Path of Titans: Great anims and dino models. Player made map mods and dino mods. The fighting is still early though and not as polished as the Isles, being more rpg based, you earn points to gain certain fighting talents for your dino. It also has slow updates, though not as slow as the Isle or Beasts.
At the end of the day all three have their pros and cons. You can easily youtube gameplay though on any of them and make an informed decision on which you plan to get first.
