if not seeing any servers try this. Change that down to 500, restart the game and hit refresh a few times. Also try to make sure your running current version and veryfying game cache.
If that still does not work. Delete the game. reboot and re download and reinstall may help.
Checked the game cache for errors, preinstalled the game. I have no idea what could have happened, because before that I was able to play a little bit
Also try doing speed test. While this won’t be exzact, it give you general idea how stable your internet is if your on wiif. If not and your on wired connection ( which always best ) still good idea see what your getting. Make sure pick a server or city that is closest to where you live to get the best results. Speed test does not always pick the closest city near you. I’m in Canada and for some reason mine always pick a city far away for me lol

Minimum 10 Mbps download and atleast 1-3 Mbps upload should be enough for gaming online and your Ping ( Ms per second) should be under 100 ms or less. If your getting anything higher then 200 ms or more. The higher it is. Higher chance there lag and or bad connection on your internet.
Also if able. Can always do full restart on modem/router or all in one device. See if that helps. Simply unplug the power plug and wait 10-15 seconds then plug the power back in. It should re connect to the internet in 3-5 mins. Most times it’s 2-3 mins tops.
Modem/router ( all in one devices ) are on 24/hrs a day/365 days a year and they can build up static and or bad connections after awhile. Or connect locks up so won’t let you connect to other services. A Reboot often helps clear these issue. If you can’t do this. Ask who ever pays the bills for your internet service provider. ( family member/roommate/etc)
Try this those and let us know if you can reboot your modem/router or all in one device. Let us know if that helps. If still not. Then we may have try other options.
Good luck
