If you're interested in hosting a server for others to play on, we have a few different avenues by which you can do this.

We have guide posted on our Wiki[beastsofbermuda.com]. This will give lots of information regarding how to download and run our dedicated server software, and give you some instructions on the various command arguments that will help you set up you server with the settings you desire.

We also have PingPerfect[pingperfect.com] ready to allow you to rent a Beasts of Bermuda server here.

The game.ini has been updated since FAQ was done, So please grab it here.
Also note, Please make sure to add your steam ID to game.ini. Click save
them change the game.ini to read only, So when there any server updates. Your game.ini is never over written.

Mis-match/game.ini (for Server Host)

If you just updated both your clients and server but still can not connect to your server.
You may need to update the top of your game.ini file to look like this.

The server game.ini needs be changed to read be that or client won't be able connect. Just had similar issue trying connect my own serv.

- Add your steamIds to game.ini
- make any other changes as needed, your discord etc
- Save the file (do not change the name, just save)
- Now find the file and right click on its properties, on general tab. Checkmark " Read only "
( This is so when any serv updates. You game.ini won’t be over written )
- Now upload the file to your server, which should be in the ( default path)
\Beasts of Bermuda Dedicated Server\WindowsServer\BeastsOfBermuda\Saved\Config\WindowsServer
- restart your server with the batch file

Note for those running on own pc. Do NOT have steam Client loaded up, close steam before you load your batch file
