Game doesn't launch

Hi everybody! i've puchased this game recently and was super hyped to play it but sadly for some reason I can't. When i try to open it game says something about driver version, altough when i tried to update it windows said it was the latest, then there's black screen for a few seconds, a window saying that the game doesn't respond from my computer and that i need to close it.
I tried to restart the computer but it didn't work at all.
I'm matching the game game requirements, my notebook is from an ASUS brand.
Please help?

Don't update drivers using Windows.
Use the proper tool such as GeForce experience or what ever AMD uses.

I updated the drivers through the GeForce experience, as you said, but it still doesn't work
Screen changed from black to white but I've waited for 5 minutes straight and it doesn't even load.
Furthermore, i can't even interact with te window (can't close or alter it in any way).

I am confused, is this from attempting to load the game or installing the driver?
If the game is doing this, it's very odd, and I may end up reaching out to you when I get home to see what's going on, if you mind waiting a few days.

I suppose it's coming from the game itself, because my other games launch just fine.

Can I see the exact error it's giving you when you try to launch?

I just tried to lauch it and before that I checked the drivers once again and I can finally access the game now. I don't know what I exactly did but it works now...
May be a mystery we will never know the anwser to

I'm really glad that you're so supportive devs and litterally do everything to help your players, it's just so sweet and I'm honestly amazed by this fact.
