Currently that option is not available, and from what I've been told by our devs, that feature will not be available since it is very, very difficult - bordering impossible - to implement.
Yes, it would be awesome to have that feature, I'm an avid fan of being able to link accounts for one and the same service and I'll see what I can do, however I wouldn't get my hopes up that this will ever be implemented.
Whether you create an uptasia account through steam or log in using your upjers account you still get given a unique ID# that should make this possible very easily. There is just no option to enter it.
Im just thinking out loud anyway, but if upjers is planning to continue to release more and more games on the steam platform its definitely something the devs should be looking at. Im also sure that while it may be difficult for your devs, the steam devs have been doing this for years and a small amount of collaboration might make it easier ;) Although personally i wouldnt let them near my stuff either.
