Game doesn't open

[Overlord Glaucus]

Just like the title says, the game doesn't open;

I 'click' on it, to start playing, but nothing appears to happen. When I 'click' a second time, I get a Steam notification that the game is already running, but I see nothing. I can repeat this process by closing and opening Steam, and that's about it.
