Time Puzzle Issue

I can't seem to get past this one part and it has stumped me for a couple of months now. It has to do with the level just after you kill Victor (I believe) in his home. There is then a level where there is a cathedral (church) and a hotel. I have entered the room (room 4) to discover the clock and a message saying "The hands on the clock are switched, what time is it?" I keep trying to input the time as the code for the safe, but to no avail all of my answers are wrong...

If anyone has successfully played through the game or gotten past this part, can you please help me with this? It's much appreciated ;w;
