A few translation issues I caught

There are a few lines of completely untranslated text I found:
-Trying to enter the storeroom before talking to the maid
-The first line of text when interacting with the first piano
-Talking to the boy after getting the paper from him

Also,
-Since none of the contents of the doctor's note are translated, it isn't useful at all.
-The puzzle with the clock depends on you knowing it's using twenty-four hour time , but in English, there's no obvious indicator of that.
