Both sides or only Israeli?

Just getting into CMANO and the add-on Shifting Sands. I've been working the tutorials, but suddenly no facilities show up on the map. No airbases, etc. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

hey there, i've buyed the game a few hours ago, i've installed it and runned it but when i'm in the main menu to select a campagn or a scenario (tutorials included) there are just some errors appearing, telling me it's unable to load the map. do i miss something?...

Orders State: Engage and destroy any Egyptian naval units Technically, if you engage BEFORE being shot at, you are in violation of your ROE and will be charged with breaking your ROEs. I've watched a few videos of this scenario and you get a major victory if you engage the enemy BEFORE he engages you, both those ROE rules are not consistent with a major victory. You may have won, but the COC would be very disagreeable to your actions...
