Report a translation problem
A few of the pieces of art are pulled from Fallen London and Sunless Sea, as per their permissions regarding fan projects. Those are the ones with a distinctly different art style. Those are the only ones I found.
For the rest, there are the really crappy images which are the ones I made from scratch. The rest are edits of images already in the game. For example, most of my books are just re-colours or inverted images from other books already in the game. Other things, like the character art, were made by mixing and matching from multiple characters. I'd take the head of one character, the nose of another, the shoulders of another, ect. until it looked unique.
Thanks for the help. I've unfortunately found myself stuck once again.
I spoke to "our favorite dancer" about the level 4 lore and she just told me to talk to Teresa.
The Atlas I received also pointed me in this direction.
But when I summoned her and spoke to her about the secret histories 4, nothing happened. Am I missing something?
---
With regards to your mod I'm unfortunately not very familiar with the ins and outs of coding for making something like this. I am however very adept at graphic design so if you needed someone to make new follower cards or other artwork I'd be done to help in that way!
Hey,
By 'level 4 histories' do you mean the Inkling of the Beyond? Or the History of Hours? If its the Inkling of the Beyond, something must be wrong, but that interaction is working for me. If its the History of Hours, that one Teresa won't be able to help you with. The Atlas Hint for the History of Hours should not be pointing you towards Teresa, but towards a different Long. Just test this again to, and I'm getting the expected result on my system. I'd recommend making sure you're using the latest version, just cause I know the first couple versions had some bugs I had to fix.

As an aside, I am most certainly not a graphic designer, and if you wanted to make art for the mod, I'd happily accept it and add credit in all the relevant places. Any art I've added I'd be happy to have replaced with something better. If you're wanting to contribute at all, you can let me know and I can get in contact with you through a better platform than the Steam Forums; I don't check here too often.
I would love to help with the graphic design! I just sent you a friend request on steam. DM me and we can go from there to set up an alternative method of communication.
Hey body!I'd like to say :It's really a fantastic piece! My friends and I like it very much.Well however......here is the problem that there're lots of Cultist Fans are eager but failed to play it for it's not that convinient to read English. so we want to ask you if you mind that we translate your work into chinese(yes, we're from China), so that all of them can try your fancy "professor".And you have our words that it won't be used for commercial purposes.
Eagering for your reply.
(ps:Your MOD, due, is a guenius idea! Indeed.
With respect,
A group of Chinese players
Good to hear from you, I'm glad you all enjoy it so much! I'd be thrilled if you translated it into Chinese! I'd simply ask you leave my name in there as the author, and it'd be great if you'd give me the download link when you finish as well as who I should credit for the translation, because I'd love to link it on the Nexus Mods page to make it easier to find.
You bet! We've completed our translation work so far.You can acquire the file with https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1yYV42FCwhkbDuklTJXFeUN4UOkL8GJhz?usp=sharing .we'd be of great appreciation if you can allowed us to translate “Wolf Devided”,Which is another mod of yours.
ps:There're some bugs we've collected in “The Professor”,and we'll send the list to you together with the package.
Chinesization:MOYU Hours
Thanks for noticing those bugs! I'll be updating the mod to 1.7 to patch those bugs, and to include one other recipe. I'll get details for you so you can more easily update the translation. It'd be best though to communicate directly instead of through the boards, so I'll send you a friend request on Steam.
And for Wolf Divided, you can translate it, too! I'm super happy you like my mods enough to translate them for me.
Is there also a ReadMe file to go with the mod describing how to install it? I did some looking around and from what I've read Frangiclave is stopped supporting their modding tool that some people used to easily install mods for Cultist Simulator.
As for how to install mods, Cultist Simulator has native mod support. There's a folder where mods can be placed here; AppData\LocalLow\Weather Factory\Cultist Simulator\mods
Unfortunately, right now the native mod support is broken. A few weeks ago, one of the pre-launch Exile updates broke the mod loader, and most mods cause the table to always be empty. Its been reported to Weather Factory, and they're working on it. In the meantime, the Modding channel in the Cultist Simulator Discord has an unofficial patch to fix it, courtesy of another user, justastranger. If you're wanting to run mods right now, before the official fix, I recommend joining the Discord to get access to the patch files, since you'll need a new one every update.
The displayed name of the deck that writing draws from is just authordeck and the description is also authordeck. I doubt most people click on that, but some do.
The triple-Passion recipe lacks a closing period, it just says "I will command the readers' feelings"
Both of these are very tiny, obviously. It's really good work from what I've seen thus far!
