I have just tried to open the console for half an hour without success.
Is the console still working in newest version and what does it look like if I succed?
Problem is that the grave /back tick / ` key on a nordic/danish keyboard is impossible to press. You have to press SHIFT + [the key next to backspace] and then some other key to release the sign. But doing this while also holding CTRL doesn't seem to work.
I have even tried the ALT combination, but no luck.

So it's kinda the worst key you could ever map a function to. I know that on US keyboards it's easy cause it's the top left key, but still.

Any suggestions?

Nope. You stil have to do the same sequence of strokes on a virtual keyboard.

I tried to open the console to no advance with a German keyboard; changing the keyboard settings to US didn't work either. I finally got it to work after googling how to open the dev console on German keyboards for most games in general: it was Strg (Ctrl) + ö (which is in a totally different place from ~ or ´); also, the console would only open when I ran the game in full screen, not windowed. So maybe try key combinations that work for other games? Google told me, for Danish keyboard maybe (Strg +) Shift + 2...

Thanks a lot. CTRL + æ actually did the trick. So I think it's the same key position as your ö key. It got me on track.

And to people still searching. You are not looking for a command line. An entire window will show up, so you can't miss it when you get it right.
