Inspector and Suspicious
How do you find/generate Aspect: Suspicious to keep your Inspector's Position going, once you've convicted the initial suspicious individual?

You don't.

You're supposed to "investigate" the favor from authority you get for convicting Rose to get promoted and win the game.
Actually (unless this has changed in a recent patch) you can, although it may not be entirely intentional. After you get your Damning Evidence, investigate your troublemaker one more time for an extra Tentative Evidence instead of going straight for the kill. Then once you've arrested your mark, you can continue working as a detective using the leftover evidence.

If you're not planning on taking the main Detective victory though, I don't recommend arresting your troublemaker. If you can manage to recruit them, they're automatically Exalted, even if their principle doesn't match your cult's.

So how can I recruit my trouble maker? I’ve talked to her with 6 level lore of her principle and still does no good. She herself is only level 5on her principle isn’t she :(
And I’ve accidentally worked with damning instead of tentative evidence and locked her up so lost my chance to further experiments.

You're exalting them, requires Aspect 21 to recruit.
