How do you unlock the Apostle Legacy?

Do you have to win specifically Grail/Forge/Lantern ascension victory for it or would Moth/Heart victory also work?..

Yes there's three Apostle Legacies

I am also curious do this three Legacy's ONLY become playable with those victoies or do they unlock with any the other victoties we have such as the Dancer DLC win conditions.

right now its just the forge/grail/lantern victories i think.

Probably a little late, but, yes, i just finished moth ascension and there was no apostle legacy.

yes it is.

i think, i may have had the Apostle as an option right after i finished the game with Lantern and started a new game. But if i remember correctly i went with the Dancer or something. And since, the Apostle never popup as an option when i try starting a new game. :(

It only shows up immediately after the victory. It's a continuation of that story, and uses your names/cultists/etc from that victory.
