Latin, Greek, and Sanskrit can be learned from books gotten from Morland's or Oriflamme's.
Latin, Greek, and Aramaic can be learned from Patrons.
Fucine, Deep Mandaic, and Phrygian can be learned from uncommon books found on Expeditions.
Fucine, Deep Mandaic, and Phrygian can be learned from certain summons if you know Latin, Aramaic, and Greek respectively.
Vak can be learned from behind the Peacock Door.
There may be a book for Aramaic, but I've yet to find it.

I figured there probably was, which is why I mentioned it, just that I haven't found it to confirm.
It drops rather late (I think it took me a lvl 6 History to unlock the site that dropped it for me), so there's not much motivation not to pay the tutor, you'll delay several books if you don't.
I was playing a slightly hacked game and have Explored everywhere, just haven't exhausted the supply of books yet (and I have found 92 so far).
