How do i cheat?

Well my question is the one in the title i now that you need to use ctr + ' but it there only 2 or 3 cheat and none cheats for funds and etc and how do i edit my save i opened it in notepad but its too complicated i dont evne know where the funds are and thanks beforehand

You do realize that this is just organised plaintext, right?
So...
1. open the save with a proper text editor (NOT windows editor!)
2. press strg/ctrl + f
3. enter the word 'funds' and it will automatically jump to the searched location
4. proceed to edit its quantity property and save

Edit: There are actually a lot points with the word funds. Just search for the one where quantity fits with what you have currently ingame.
