get more health (or health back)

Hello,

I overlook and illness and now one health is gone. I got decreptitude for it (yay!).
How do I get more health now? It is impossible to get four vitality cards at the same time via study of health due to the timers, but I will need four according to the skill card.
With help of the books I got plenty of passion and reason as these only need two inputs but there seem to be no book for health?

Well, i've seen an option to reverse Decrepitude, but you have to be at the point where you can feasibly perform Rites. I know sometimes you get a semi-random event that get's you a free Vitality as well. Finally, if you use your skill and health to Work, it produces Vitality on a quicker timer than Studying- though not by much.

There are random events that generate Vitality from time to time, so if you're fast, you can collect 4 cards. Basically, the moment you get random even that gives Vitality (it’s a card station with a heart that doesn’t consume Health), Study one Health, and Work Physique Skill + one Health, and right after Study is finished, repeat it. This should net you 4 Vitality cards.

However, I still haven’t figured out how to upgrade it further.
