Is it possible to get a better position than senior at Glover & Glover?

I've reached the point where Mr. Alden retired and nominated me as his successor, and the resulting card said that I could rise even higher but I'm not sure if that, at the moment, is something that's not possible to do or if I'm failing to think of the proper way to raise up even higher. If someone could tell me how, or if it's possible, to do this, I'd be immensely grateful.

Talk to one of your followers with a suitable aspect (someone good at murdering, tempting, or just driving you mad), and slot your job in to make that the topic of discussion.

Speak with a follow (preferably one with decent Edge) and then place job into the subject spot. This can fail (higher Edge has higher chances of success). If you succeed, you'll need to keep working and proving your devotion until you get a promotion.
