Top Glover and Glover job

So I got to promoted to the top of G&G and it ended the game, but I've seen people say you can be on the board of directors as a job? Does it only end the game the first time you get there or am I missing something?

You can 'win' any given game session by using Passion as a Senior Clerk at Glover and Glover. It does not have to be your first game. If you can call that a victory.

There are ways to ascend higher still. You yourself (the in-game character) comment upon the possibility when you gain the position, and hints at a way to do so. If you examine the Glover and Glover employment card carefully, and also carefully look at the Glover and Glover job event while the timer is running, you may see other indicators of what you can do to ascend higher.
