Most Useful Summon

So far for me it has been Maid in the Mirror. Edge 10 and Winter 10 beats so many obstacles that if I don't know what the expedition will have she is my go to. Great at ganking hunters too if you are having trouble with on. I always kill that Grim/Meticulous guy asap. Talking to him about dread never seems to work.

Yeah she's pretty easy to get fairly early with some luck, and she owns quite a few expeditions. I noticed several later expeditions that needed Edge and Winter to clear.
The one that can learn you a language is useful too but I can't remember how I got him.

Hint can solo all the 1st rank Expeditions and 3/5 or the 2nd rank, so very good for early game.

There are actually 3 summons you can learn languages from.

You can summon a Hint before doing any Expeditions, or even finding a Way.

Combined they can overcome any challenge except The Fifth Eye Curse, for which you'll want a Maid-in-the-Mirror.

I've gotten the most use out of the Raw Prophet - in order to summon it you can use the easy-to-get Silver Spintria + Knock + Fascination to summon it, and that keeps me alive long enough to get the big ticket summons.

As Sun Tzu said, "big trick to winning is not losing." Or something.

Raw Prophet is great for grabbing early evidence. However hes not as good as Maid for expeditions. Moth and Chalice challenges aren't as common as Edge and the most common Moth/Chalice challenge is also beatable with Edge.

Once you have summoned a Hint, Maid, Purcussigant, Prophet, or Teresa you can use the Sunset Rite w/ the Summon, Knock lore, and Restlessness/Dread/Fascination to get another of the same Summon (replaces Teresa) and consume the influence.
