Is this a bug?! (Gamebreaking Perk)

So, I think I just broke this thing :S...

I bought this game 2 days ago (April 25th). Now I've already completed the story, but haven't complete the game quite yet... so I came across with this peculiar interaction between the "Blood peddler" perk and The Holy Hallway. The perk give you dmg with each "new" room you enter, and in The Holy Hallway you can get in and out the semi final boss hall... So, I tried to see if this was possible. Hell yeah it was! I got 1k dmg just for the lols. I'm not sure of this is a intended secret interaction or is just a bug.

I haven't tried it in other rooms.* I've upload to reddit a picture and a really bad quality video of it since I don't have any recording software(sorry).
