Bug with Nekosh the Keeper of the Books

[Headless Horse]

There was a run ending bug with the Nekosh boss fight that I encountered. It was after Nekosh's fireball ring phase as he was entering the next phase. He was conjuring his scythe from his book and he had it raised above his head...and he just stayed in that position. For a good few minutes before I left the game, Nekosh just stood with his scythe over his head. I couldn't hit him with my weapons and his boss health bar appeared to be empty but he was still alive and I couldn't exit the arena. This is the only bug I have encountered, but it was game breaking, so hopefully it can be fixed.
