is it possible to play solo?

strange question i know as its a team game; but im really struggling to find other players.
and if i do find other players its super laggy and i get disconnected. never had this issue with other games.

im going to give it a few more attempts but its literally unplayable for me. :(

You can play solo by setting your lobby to private on the map screen.

Click on your portrait in the bottom right (on the map screen), you should be able to set lobby permissions to private.

it will be very boring but yes u can play solo technically. but it's a coop game u better to play single player games than trying to play sp in coop game

what i meant is it possible to complete the levels; does the game downgrade as it knows im alone or will i just get swamped. i played the beta and couldnt get past the second level with a full squad.

The difficulty scales depending on how many people are with you. It's balanced accordingly. I personally had no problem doing the first mission solo.

would perfer a coop expeirence but i also want to play more than the first level.

Yes everything on the map and mecanics scales down with amount of players so go ahead and play solo.

we're both from the uk, i wouldn't mind giving coop a go but i just going thru the game solo and getting the hang of things

single play is possible but when a lil connection error to the gameser happens you get disconnected from the solo game -.-

they don't scale the needed quest items to finish a mission, if you play as 3 man party but you have to carry 4 items you have to run back while laying another item at the ground combined with closing areas it's stupid. I'm not sure if you have to carry 4 health items at the "don't know the name of the mission.. getting healththing from the brigade new camp at the mall" if you do it solo, but they should scale the needed quest items for better non full group experience.

You can solo, but its far harder generally although you do remove lag and the large amount of netcode related game-breaking bugs it creates when joining a game in-progress.

You do have to. Did it solo and had a weapon case
