Empowered, the Forbidden and the Secret Code

I know you can 100% the achievements, but what about the Royal Deeds? A lot of people speculate the code to do with the synaptic website, but it says that website is no longer avaliable for me. I would like confirmation on to whether Royal Deeds can be done or if those two achievements are actually bugged. And if the Empowered involves looking into the game code, how do I do that when I have the mobile app?

If a dev can answer this question, that would be well appreciated. If newer players can't get a deed because the website is no longer avaliable, I think we should know.

ive been trying to 100% the royal deeds too. im not sure if it's bugged but i've at least seen someone explain how to get the empowered. But i cant find one thing with a little bit of information on what the forbidden even is and its driving me crazy. i also don't know what the Witch one is
