pirate never asks to prank??

i keep receiving pirate card even tho its very very rare, and whenever i get it, it just asks about the pillage and not the prank. i cant unlock my final death for ages because of this! anyone knows the reason? am i doing something wrong? i unlocked all characters and have 943 cards...
