I translated some of it with google, it shown

Thanks for answering man, I bought the game fews day ago, since i can't read anything in the story mode, I try google it then lots of weird things show up. it's really bugs me out.

It was a long story about the gay pron... I even don't know how to explain it in English. But the conclusion is that Touhou was a victim at all in the whole story. You can ignore anything about those memes you mentioned if you are only interested in Touhou. Those trolls are not fun for someone and they had only one-way relationship to Touhou. The main story about Touhou is completely a fantasy story. Nothing is related to any real person living.

Talking about official Touhou artworks, there are a bunch of official games, some CDs, mangas and novel. You can see this is the 15.5th official game of Touhou. And there a lot of derivative works of Touhou (which are called 同人"Doujin" works in Japanese world). If you want to know more, you may find an English wikia of Touhou rather than only googling.

She's in a modded version of Hisoutensoku along with Mima and some other guests. Not sure whether she's OP or not.
