Mainline Touhou fighting game?

Is this like Scarlet Weather Rhapsody? I like that game so much. Very unique projectile & card-base fighting system.

This is a flying fighter, it plays very differently from Scarlet Weather Rhapsody. It doesn't have the deckbuilding component of it or Hisoutensoku. It's both more of a traditional fighter (in the sense that it has a choose-your-super and stick with it) setup and less of one (it has going down as an additional axis of movement and changing how you combo and whatnot.)

This game's fighting system is more simple.
It doesn't have card system either. And characters floats all the time during battle.
Nevertheless this one's also very unique and good game.
