Technical support FAQ
Hi commanders! We are an indie developers and our support team is quite small, we strongly encourage you to send requests via in-game form, as it adds your account information automatically, so we can find it in database and look logs. Also, don't forget to select appropriate topic.

Please note that we do not respond to all messages, and higher priority is given to Account and Purchase related requests.

If you see the "Network error" and the screen is refreshing:

-The game is either being updated or the server is experiencing technical difficulties. In this case, the game will be available in the time interval from 20 minutes to 4 hours.

If you see the "Technical maintenance" message:

-We are updating the game and temporary access is disabled, just wait a bit.

If you get the message "The game will restart":

1. You were inactive for a long time, and the server disconnected you
2. In this case, the progress from the moment of disconnection until the moment of reboot will not be saved on the server.

When you return to the game after inactivity do not make actions before this message appears or manually reload the game.

If you suddenly started the game again, while you have already played before:

1.Open the support form inside the game
2. Write down all the data you remember - Base Name, Corporation, Base Level, Country, Recent Purchases

We will review your application and, when confirming the data, we will restore the lost progress.

If you get the message the DNS address of the server is not found:

1. Try to make a trace to the server - amt-storage.com in order to understand where the problem is. Some times it is related to your ISP.
