Alliance Power and Light, completely stuck
I can officially say that I hate this puzzle to death.

If I use two EXAs along the central line and have them replicate outward, then check their own host, one kills the other.
If I have them wait a cycle before cutting the power, the other one hasn't caught up yet and runs into a wall.
If I have them wait for an M signal from the other one to signal that they've caught up, one of them ends up either A) trying to get a signal from nowhere, or B) sending a signal nowhere. Either case, it stalls.

Trying to use one EXA to replicate sounds ridiculous because then I can't check for both targets at the same time, meaning I might lock one out.

Is there ANYTHING I'm missing here?

Top percentile activity is 20, it's doable with both hosts in X and T.

What I did to use M as a check was use it only after I found the correct host. If you have two EXAs, each searching for one of the two hosts, you can do something like have one of them transmit a signal once it finds their host, and the other void that signal once it finds its host. Regardless of when they find their hosts, they'll both wait for each other to finish.

I don't know what I did, but I accidentally solved it a while ago. Now I'm stuck on the Dataphones... oh well!
