Doesn't connect no matter what I do

Can't connect my phone to the pc, always get Connection failed, tried using direct, same wifi, setting dashpanels as antivirus expection and more.

If your phone is iOS can you check that DashPanel has local network permissions:

Also make sure you have allowed the server access on any firewall software you use.

If you have multiple network adapters (VMWare adds virtual adapters) make sure the adapter providing WiFi has top priority:

If none of this helps please send a screenshot of the server and one of the client after trying to connect and hopefully there is a clue in the log as to what is going wrong. [e-mail]
