Overlay is showing up in fullscreen having a black background(not transparent)

I can't for the life of me help with showcasing my overlay without having a fullscreen black hud, with my widgets involved, being on top of my actual game (Kartkraft atm).
I'm on w11 and have transparency effects on in both accessibility and personalization tab.
What should i do to make my hud transparent?
