How to clear DashPanel settings

Sometimes the client or server settings may become corrupted and you may need to delete the settings.

Replace USERNAME with your username.
-Client:
Delete this folder:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\PyrofrogStudios\DashPanelClient
-Server
Delete the folder:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Pyrofrog_Studios

No data in console mode after iOS 14 update

iOS 14 has introduced an issue for users on console connection mode.
In this mode a network permissions dialog will never be shown to grant DashPanel permission to access the local network.
To trigger this dialog switch the connection mode to PC and press the connection button. The operating system will show the network permission dialog. Allow DashPanel network access.
Now switch back to console mode and it will receive data.

DashPanelClient window not showing on Windows

In the current Unity version there seems to be a bug where the window position is corrupted.
This can be reset by deleting a key in the registry.
In the start menu type regedit and open the registry editor.
Delete the following key:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PyrofrogStudios\DashPanelClient

Android version is running in Demo mode when I have purchased full data unlock

The purchasing is controlled by Unity IAP and Google Play so I don't have total knowledge and control over them. Sometimes it seems like the purchases expire and it fails to refresh them correctly.

To restore the purchases the cache in Google Play needs to be cleared.

After you clear the cache make sure you sign back into Google Play before starting DashPanel.
This has worked for 100% of users that have contacted me with this problem.

Data is laggy on Mobile device

This may occur when the chosen port is closed.
The server attempts to open the port (default 9999) with UPnP however this may be disabled or unavailable on your router model.
You may see the following error when starting the server:
UPnP port forward failed: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
To manually open the port go to https://portforward.com/ and serach for your device to see instructions on opening the port for that particular model router.

The truck sims will require a whole new group of widgets to be built and I haven’t done this yet. See I have to sit down and do the work it doesn’t appear by magic.

If I buy the button box option on iOS, will that give me access to all the widgets? Another question, if I purchase the button box option option will that include access to every game?

Ensure compatibility on your devices and try the time unlimited demo version that reads RPM, Speed and Gear. Full data unlocks can be purchased for each game via the in app store tab.

Virtual Button Box has a limited number of button presses in demo mode.
Owning a full data unlock for a game will give unlimited presses for compatible games.
To use a button box on any application or game purchase the Virtual Button Box unlock via the in app store tab.

Overlay working on RF2 new version? tried everything and it's not showing. PC app for second screen works, iphone/ipad apps works too. problem with overlay only, tried deleting the plugin and adding again but no change.

Make sure you run rF2 in borderless window mode.

I tried running it with one of the supplied dashes, but a few seconds after Assetto Corsa starts, the client is disconnected from the server. Is this because of paywall or there is an issue?

No demo mode is time unlimited.
It’s an issue. What platform are you running the client on. Have you allowed the server through the firewall?

No. Billing initialised just means it has connected to the store. Google play or Apple App Store. This is how it knows to run in demo mode or with full data.

You only get charged when you buy a product.
