Cant continue my game

so the game crashed a few times and i had to start it again. that was no problem but isuddenly i cant press the continue button anymore. I played for 11 hours and i really dont want to do all the stuff twice. Why cant i get in the game?

Can you try the 'Load' button instead of 'Continue' ? Does it show any saved games ?

The Load button doesnt show me any save points unfortunately

Since the update yesterday, my game has crashed 3 times-no other times prior to this gaming session. I have lowered my graphics significantly just so the game can be playable for my laptop. The crashes are pretty random in the game so there's not much more I can offer by way of helpful information except the locations where the crash took place.One was by the mirrors quest by the lake and the other was by the Nava tower just outside the city-twice there. I hope this helps a little bit. Thanks!

Eek sorry about that. We haven't seen this issue yet. Saves are located in C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Eastshade Studios\Eastshade. Is there anything in there? If there is something in there, could you try opening it in notepad? What do you see? Is it human readable (json) or is in nonsense characters (binary)

The game froze then crashed while saving. The saved game is not accessible through Continue or Load. Is there any way to restore it?

i just started the game from the beginning, there was no way for me to get to my savepoints
