Hot air balloon quest

So I did the first part of the quest and now i have to the painting in the city but i really don't have any idea of how i am supposed to do that???
please help me...

Just select it in your inventory. You can hang it up at east side of the market place of Nava (The building not the open air market) there is a wall which is full of posters just hang it to them

How do I do the first part? I can't find anyone to go in it

After talking to her just paint the balloon and show her the painting.

The painting she wanted disappeared and there was nothing to post. She’s not allowing me to paint another for advertising so now I can’t get to Restless Reach to finish game. What to do?

Well... it's been 4 years.
The Painting turned into an Item in your inventory. This is why you can't see it anymore. Use the item in the inventory to put it up on any wall you think is close enough to enough fraffic.
