how to make more money to cross that bridge?

I am losing patient to find more feather but I don want to refund this game. How could i get more money quickly

Paint a painter of the view from the gazebo behind the inn and sell it to 25 glowstones to the fisherman left of the bridge. Make sure the pillars of the gazebo are in the painting as well, or it won't count.
Talk to the reading narcisist in the inn twice, and he'll commission a portrait, paying you 25 glowstones as well.
Combined with the 10 glowstones for the first 3 feathers, you're set.

Is there any other way to make money. I am stuck in Ludlow and spent money on the mead so I would not die at night.

Did you finish the architect quest? If you paint a painting for him he rewards you 40 glowstones. If you already did, picking up feathers is your only option, I think...

I keep running back to the tower at night to see if the light is on so that I can find the architect. As a result of going back at night I spent a lot of the gold to buy mead. I have not talked with him yet. I have found a lot of feathers though. The Inn keeper only sells mead to me, I have not figured out how to sell. I also have not figured out how to craft anything. Am so frustrated . :(

I just started playing this game this morning btw. Never heard of it until this morning.

I only started playing this game in the afternoon. As for the architect: don't drink the mead right away. Rush out of the inn to the erh... storage gazebo-ish building near the sea. From there, you can see whether or not the lights are on. If they're not on, just let yourself freeze out, so you're transported back to your bed. If the lights are on, take the mead and run to the tower. Don't bother with the paths. Just run straight through the bushes.

I have been doing that. :) Am happy to hear that you have done that. I will keep doing it. I have crashed several times doing that but I am stubborn.

Ok, so I ran to the gazebo at night, saw the light on in the tower, hurried and drank the mead, ran to the tower and talked to the Architect. Then later I found the man who buys feathers leaning against the tree. Paid the toll and left Ludlow at last

It's very easy. I made twice over the required amount in about an hour of playtime. First, make canvas. Second, go talk to rich city boy in the inn and a fisherman next to the bridge. They'll show interest in your painting. You sell them paintings. I don't remember how much you get from it but I think it should get you very close.

Paint the Eclipse and sell it to Innkeeper. (Its also a mini quest you get from the kiddo painter after it sees you paint)

In Ludlow you can earn glowstones by doing the following:
1. Make a painting of the view from the gazebo, including gazebo pillars, and sell it the the fisherman for 25 glowstones.
2. Make a portrait of the 'adventurous' reader at the inn, and sell it to him for 25 glowstones.
3. Make a painting of the town hall, gazebow and inn, and sell it to the architect for 40 glowstones.
4. Make a painting of the eclipse and sell it to the inn keeper for 20 glowstones.
5. Sell the first three feathers you find to the avid reader/writer in the forest for 10 glowstones.
6. Sell any additional feathers you find to that same reader/writer for 1 glowstone each.

Anyone else got additional tips?

also you shouldnt be buying anything in the beginning of the game your only two options are mead/tea from the inn dont waste your glowstones if you want to buy something use it for the abandoned tower quest.
also i cant remeber if you get glowstones from this or not but if you go into one of the buildings you will see an deer with an jug on his head. i cant remeber if you get glowstones from this questline.
also an bear near the docks i think gives you 10 glowstones if your willing to do an prank.

When at the Inn, go up the stair and past the "dude" with the Ox wagon and follow the dirt path a few meters. He sites leaned to a tree right by the path.
